are handled by the UK office of Adventure Alternative, our parent company, so
all client money is secure and you have 24/7 access to our offices.
No problems with visas or paperwork because we have our own tour operation
license in Russia, so all clients receive special vouchers and confirmations
well in advance of their trip to take to the Russian Embassy. Also registration
on arrival and into the various Russian departments will be handled.
A very close and established friendship and liaison with local providers, hotels,
authorities and lodge keepers, so no problems with accommodation or activities
or transport.
